FUNCHAL (Portugal), 29 July 2012 – Youthstream and the FIM are very pleased to announce the official entry list of the 2012 Monster Energy FIM Junior World Championship, which will take place in Sevlievo, Bulgaria, during the 26th August weekend. Up to 166 young talents will travel to Sevlievo to become the new Junior World Champions representing 34 countries, including South Africa, the Philippines, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Australia, New Zealand and many more.

The Grand Prix of Czech Republic is one of the oldest and most traditional Grand Prix's in the sport. It was back in 1961 when Swedish hero Bill Nilsson captured the 500cc Grand Prix at the Prerov circuit.

The 2012 Monster Energy Motocross of Nations is only eight weeks away and the whole World is starting to get excited about the possible riders and teams involved. Of course the MXoN was held at the Lommel circuit many years ago and it was the day Team USA took their first ever victory in the teams event.

Carlos Campano, former MX3 World Champion, won both motos of the last round of Superliga Brazil Motocross Championship and grabbed his first title in Brazil during the 15th July weekend. The race was held at Beto Carrero World, Penha, Santa Catarina, track which hosted the fifth MXGP of the 2012 FIM Motocross World Championship.

Dave Thorpe has always been a big supporter of the FIM World Motocross Championships. Having won three World 500cc Championships the British legend knows what it was like back in the day racing on circuits that were often dangerous. Times have changed since Youthstream took over and Thorpe can see that.
