The FIM MX World Championship in support of the earthquake-hit population in the region of Emilia
By Youthstream | 06 Sep 2012
FAENZA (Italy), 6 September 2012 - Youthstream is pleased to announce that several activations will be organized around the MXGP Italy, which will take place in Faenza during the 9th September weekend, in order to fundraise some money to be aimed at those territories in Emilia which were seriously affected by the earthquake some months ago.
Already on Saturday all the people going to Faenza will be able to buy tickets at the different ticket sales points of the track to participate in the raffle that will be organized on Sunday.
Most of the companies involved in the FIM Motocross World Championship have donated numerous products to be given away to the winners of the raffle, so the fans have a great opportunity to win fantastic prizes at the same time that they support the reconstruction of the Emilia territories.
Besides, there will be an auction on Ebay, where thanks to the additional collaboration of riders, teams and sponsors who have kindly donated the items present in this auction, race fans, collectors or even members of the public can acquire these unique items, while at the same time lending a hand to the population of Emilia.
All the fundraised money will be directed to the reconstruction operations carried out in collaboration with the Comitato Gruppo Caseifici Terremotati, manufacturers of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Youthstream would like to pass a sincere thanks to all the teams and riders who have actively participated in such initiative, as well as to all the companies that have supported such activities:
