For some people, this is the most difficult part, not knowing in which direction to go or how to improve. Luckily two times FIM Motocross World Champion John Van Den Berk has taken the “guessing game” out, developing a programme that allows riders from all abilities to train, develop and refine their skills on the bike throughout the winter months.
With 19 years of motocross coaching experience, official trainer and Youthstream talent scout, John Van Den Berk is now running a successful winter training programme. The winter stage (beginning mid December 2012 through to 23 Feb 2013) is held in Spain where riders can gain experience on a variety of technically challenging tracks ranging from deep sand to extreme hard pack. Riders will gain the confidence to push their ability to the next level and are taught a range of skills and training techniques that have been used and proven to further the talent of riders such as Kevin Strijbos, Jose Butron, Josh Coppins, Max Ansti and many more.
